Grove Ladies were excited last week to be recorded for a short piece by Freeview TV company "That's Oxford" TV.
The team was approached by the TV company who wanted to do a promotional piece for their channel which will also be uploaded to You Tube.
Cameraman Fraser recorded a full training session, which was coached by guests Gareth Hudson and Nathan Lawless, and then interviewed Helen and Olivia.
The short programme will be aired on Wednesday 2nd September at 5pm on Freeview Channel 8.
