The festival is one of the biggest grassroots kids rugby events in Oxfordshire, bringing together U7–U12 age groups from across the county for a day of rugby, fun, and TREDS values.

Festival Timings
• U7, U8 & U12 – 9:30am kick-off. Gates 8:00 am
• U9, U10 & U11 – 1:00pm kick-off. Gates 11:00am

Please arrive at least 45 minutes before your age group’s start time to allow for parking, registration, and warm-ups.

There are a wide variety of food and drink options open from breakfast onwards with details below.

Tickets
• Adults: £5 each
• Families (up to 2 adults + children): £10 per car
Tickets can be purchased in advance via WeGotTickets or on the gate on the day. We strongly recommend buying in advance to avoid queues.

Parking
There will be no general parking at the clubhouse. Please follow marshal directions to the correct car park:
• Morning (U7, U8, U12): Mably Way, Wantage OX12 9BN
• Afternoon (U9, U10, U11): Wasborough Fields, Grove OX12 0AE
• Disabled parking: Available at the clubhouse (please display a permit).
Coaches will be issued one permit per team with allocated space on Wasborough Fields, Grove OX12 0AE

Facilities & Family Fun
Alongside the rugby, families can enjoy:
• Hot food, teas and coffees from 8:30am
• A wide variety of food options from Brownies, Burritos, Pizza, Samosa and many more.
• A licensed bar from 12:00pm
• First aid tent and water points on site
• U15s fundraising stand (tombola, cakes, games)

Important Notes
• Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times and are not permitted on any playing area.
• Please do not wear rugby boots inside the clubhouse.
• Help us keep the grounds tidy by using the bins provided.
