It is with great sadness we have to announce the passing of Jim Maryon, who has been a huge part of Grove RFC for many years.

Those that were lucky enough to know Jim will be able to recall with fondness what a genuinely good man he was and how lucky we have been to share some of his journey.

Jim's dry sense of humour, positive personality and willingness to help anyone will be missed by all that knew him, but we are very lucky that these unique traits have been passed on to the whole Maryon family, who are a credit to the man he was and the legacy he leaves.

He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
