Grove RFC defeat Faringdon 56–24 at Henley to win the Oxfordshire Senior County Shield with a seven try performance in a dominant final.

Grove RFC Crowned Oxfordshire Senior County Shield Champions After Victory Over Faringdon

Grove RFC, based in Grove near Wantage in South Oxfordshire, celebrated a memorable afternoon of cup rugby after defeating Faringdon 56 – 24 in the Oxfordshire Senior County Shield Final. The victory marks a significant achievement for the club and caps off a strong run through the county competition for the senior squad.

Played at Henley, the final saw Grove produce an attacking and disciplined performance, combining forward dominance with sharp finishing in the backs to run in seven tries and secure the county silverware.

Seven Try Performance Secures the Shield

Grove controlled large periods of the game and converted pressure into points with an impressive attacking display.
