Grove RFC is pleased to confirm that membership prices for the 2026/27 season have been held at last season's rates. The board made a deliberate decision to freeze prices across all membership categories, reflecting the club's commitment to keeping rugby accessible and affordable for every family in the Vale of White Horse.

With the cost of living continuing to squeeze household budgets, we want to make sure that nothing stands between players of any age and their rugby.

Pay Monthly — No Need to Find a Lump Sum

Playing memberships can be spread across monthly instalments through GMS, so there is no need to find the full amount up front. You can pay in full or choose the monthly option at checkout — whichever works best for your family.

Senior Mens Player membership (voting rights)
£180 in full — or 11 monthly payments from £16.36
That is just £16.40 first payment, then 10 payments of £16.36

Ladies Playing membership (voting rights)
£90 in full — or 11 monthly payments from £8.18
That is just £8.20 first payment, then 10 payments of £8.18

Junior U19 playing membership (U14-U19)
£95 in full — or 11 monthly payments from £8.63
That is just £8.70 first payment, then 10 payments of £8.63

Junior U19 Discounted membership (sibling discount)
£85 in full — or 11 monthly payments from £7.72
That is just £7.80 first payment, then 10 payments of £7.72

Mini U13 playing membership (U6-U13)
£90 in full — or 11 monthly payments from £8.18
That is just £8.20 first payment, then 10 payments of £8.18

Mini U13 Discounted membership (sibling discount)
£75 in full — or 11 monthly payments from £6.68

Social and Club Memberships

- Adult Social membership (non-voting): £50
- VP Social membership (voting rights, 15% bar discount, RFU insurance cover): £75
- Parent social membership (where a child is a paid playing member): free
- Spouse membership (partner of a paid playing member): free
- AFC Grove Football social membership: £25
- Darts and Aunt Sally team membership: £25

Membership includes voting rights on club matters (Where applicable), a 15% bar discount, and coverage within the RFU's insurance scheme - representing amazing value for money

Sibling Discounts

Families with more than one child playing at Grove benefit from a sibling discount on the second and subsequent children. The discounted rate is applied automatically when you select the correct membership product in GMS. With two children in the Minis or Juniors, your combined membership comes to just £165 for the full season — and both can pay monthly.

How to Register

All memberships are purchased through the RFU Game Management System (GMS). You can reach the correct product directly by scanning the QR code for your membership type, available at the clubhouse and on our Join Us page.

2. Log in or create a free RFU account
3. Scroll to Quick Links and select Buy Membership
4. Select your membership product and choose to pay in full or by monthly instalments
5. Complete payment by card
