Please note that only fully paid up members from the following categories are entitled to vote
Life Member, Senior Player, Club Member, Coach and Parent Member.

For those members that cannot attend the AGM but wish to appoint a proxy then a signed document stating who they wish to vote for them in their absence must be sent to the Club Secretary prior to the commencement of the meeting.
