From Reception Year (age 5) upwards – children start with safe, non-contact tag rugby before gradually building into more structured rugby each year, following RFU Age Grade Rugby Guidelines.

Open to boys and girls of all abilities
Perfect for beginners or children already playing rugby at school
A great way to get kids outdoors, active, and building confidence
Regular trips, matches, and team events across the season
Free hot dog for every player on Open Day!

Our sessions are run by RFU-approved and DBS-checked coaches in a fun, family-friendly environment.

Beyond the Open Day, Minis & Juniors rugby runs every Sunday at 10:00am – so your child can continue their rugby journey all season long.
