A Message from the Club Captain

Pre-season training starts on Tuesday 8th July at 7.15pm and will continue every Tuesday and Thursday evening throughout the summer. The training is aimed at getting players fit for the coming season but also to identify potential 1st XV, 2nd XV and 3rd XV squads.

We will be entering a squad in the Abingdon 7s on 16th August and we have confirmed 1st XV and 2nd XV fixtures against Widden Old Boys, Gloucester on Saturday 30th August. We are aiming to hire a coach for the journey.

Grove RFC is committed to starting the 2008/09 campaign fully prepared with recognised squads that have trained and played together in preparation for our first league fixtures in September.
