4. To approve the Independent Reviewer’s report on the Accounts of the Club for the season ending May 2016.
5. To consider the appointment of an Independent Reviewer for the ensuing year.
6. To inform the meeting of subscriptions and match fees for the Ensuing year.
7. To receive the report from the Coach of Senior Rugby.
8. To receive the report from the Director of Junior and Youth Rugby.
9. To approve the appointment of any Honorary Life Member.
10. To consider any proposed amendment to the Rules
11. Any other business, notice of which has been given to the Secretary in writing.
12. To elect the Board of Directors of Grove RFC Ltd for the coming year.
