Proposed amendments to the present Constitution to be considered at the AGM on Thursday 29th May 2008 at 7.30pm.

1              Delete Coach as Committee Position.

2              Delete Clubhouse Management Chairman as a Committee position.  Make post part of task of Ordinary Member.

3              Delete Sponsorship and Marketing as Committee positions. (Co-opted positions should be co-opted by new Committee.)

4              Add ‘Coach’ as a membership category with voting rights.

5              Changes to Licensing hours – para 41 of existing Constitution to read:-

The permitted hours for supply of intoxicating liquor will at all times comply with the Licensing (Amended) Act 1989, and will not therefore commence before 10.30am or end later than 12.00pm except for Sunday and Good Friday when the hours are limited to those between 12.00 noon until 12.00pm.  Christmas Day opening hours are limited to those from 12.00 noon until 12.00pm.  Actual opening hours, conforming to the limits stated above, will be at the discretion of the Committee.
